XBH phase change heat enhanced polymer is designed to meet the heat conduction and heat dissipation requirements of high-end heat conduction applications. The low thermal resistance channel optimizes the performance of the heat sink and improves the reliability of microprocessor, memory module, DC-DC converter and power module.
Phase change characteristics: at room temperature, the material is solid and easy to install. It is used between heat sink and device. When the product phase change temperature is reached, the material softens, flows and fills the tiny irregular contact surface of the device. In this way, the ability to completely fill the interface air gap and the gap between the device and the heat sink makes the phase change gasket better than the non flowing elastomer or graphite based heat transfer gasket, which can completely replace the heat transfer silicone grease.
Phase change materials are non-conductive, but because phase change materials undergo phase transformation at high temperature, they may make metal contact with metal, so phase change materials can not be used as electrical insulation materials.
